We're a small team building the operating system thousands of African businesses run on, and we're moving fast. If you want real ownership, sharp people to build with, and work that reaches real business owners in weeks and not years, pull up a chair.

Builders, not spectators

You would rather ship and improve than wait for perfect. When something's broken, you're already fixing it.

Owners of the outcome

You care whether it worked for the business owner, not just whether it shipped. The result is the whole point.

Rooted in the context

You understand how African businesses actually run, with real constraints, real customers, real cash. You build for that.

Sharp, and still learning

You take feedback well, and keep getting better as you learn. Ego stays out of the way of the best idea.

Who we're looking for

We hire people who take ownership and care how the work lands. People who see a problem, and fix it before anyone has to ask.

HOW WE WORK

HOW WE WORK

Six behaviours. One way of working.
We call it CIRCLE.

Communicate Effectively

Say the real thing, clearly and early. No guessing games, no politics.

Introspective Transparency

We look at ourselves honestly first, and we're open about what's working and what isn't.

Respect & Compassion

Sharp on the work, kind to the people. Both, always.

Courage to learn, unlearn, relearn

We change our minds when the facts change. Strong opinions, held loosely.

Living Intrapreneur

Treat the company like it's yours, because here your work shows up like it is.

Excellence in Collaboration

The best work here gets built together. We win as a team.

our philosophy

our philosophy

A small team building the system thousands of African businesses run on.

A small team building the system thousands of African businesses run on.

We're a small team, which means your work shows up everywhere. Something you build this month could be in the hands of thousands of business owners by the next. That kind of reach is rare, and it's the whole reason to join now instead of later.

We also think the best work comes from people who are glad to be doing it. So we protect our team's time, back people to grow, and keep the bar high without making it miserable to clear. There's a lot left to build. We want the people building it to look back on this as the best chapter of their careers.

"What makes the work at BrandDrive meaningful is knowing that, together, we are building something greater than ourselves, something worth believing in and proud to be part of."

"I've never worked somewhere where my opinion actually changes what gets built. At BrandDrive, I shipped something I proposed in my first week.

That doesn't happen at most companies."
